The Community Counseling Center at St. Luke’s is a nonprofit group providing help to persons of all ages by Licensed Mental Health Counselors. Our supportive center is open to all. It is for anyone looking for comfort, wholeness and non-judgmental support. The focus is to bring relief and empower each person to find the path, which is right for them. The universal values of healing, wholeness, caring and confidentiality are the foundation of the Community Counseling Center, with every person being welcomed where they are. Counseling enables each person to gain clarity in their life while counselors offer support on the journey. Everyone in the community are welcome.
Counseling Intern- The Community Counseling Center at St. Luke's has an intern from Asbury Theological Seminary who is completing his Master’'s in Counseling program. He is available to see clients who would like counseling but have no insurance or are in financial need. If you or your friends would like to make an appointment, please call 407-876-4991, ext. 250 to make an appointment.
Counselors offer help in many areas, including: couple and single parenting, self-esteem, couples counseling, relationships, stress management, clinical hypnosis, addictions, depression, anger, domestic violence, eating disorders, grief bereavement, illness adaptation, terminal illness, crisis intervention, children and adolescent concerns, skill assessment, conflict resolution, career, and pre-marital counseling. Counselors are approved Providers for many insurance companies.
The Community Counseling Center is located at 4851 S Apopka-Vineland Road, Orlando, FL 32819, Suite A111, in Building A, with a private entrance. Licensed counselors are available for individual or group counseling from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Limited hours are also available during the week from 6 to 8 p.m.
Counseling appointments are also offered on Fridays at the First United Methodist Church Orlando and Thursdays at First United Methodist Church Winter Park.
